About
This series was created to support Microsoft Graph, with a focus on bringing abstract concepts like data connectivity, extensibility, and organizational intelligence into a more tactile and expressive visual system. The goal was to produce a versatile set of visuals that could flex across web pages, presentation decks, and developer documentation.
We built on existing brand metaphors and materiality – layering in glass-like forms, motion-inspired blurs, and structured modular shapes to represent the movement, transformation, and aggregation of data. The imagery is designed to feel both technical and human, balancing clarity with craft.
Product Storytelling
Each image acts as a conceptual layer: some capture the idea of structured data streams, others visualize endpoints and interaction surfaces. The use of subtle gradients and soft lighting keeps the system grounded in the Microsoft Fluent language, while still allowing for expressive exploration.
Collection
The final collection includes hero banners, detail cutaways, and abstract compositions – all built to scale responsively and provide consistency across product storytelling.
